You know what I don’t get? Guys at the gym. Seriously, stfu and pick up some weight. Quit talking, quit hogging machines or weights, quit you’re lolly gaggin and pick up a weight and if that weight is not a weight you are scared of, then put it back down and slowely back away ya damn puss. Same…
I’m sort of getting annoyed with all these posts by everyone on my dash. Just because you know what you’re doing compared to those girls on the treadmill, or men chatting, or whoever, doesn’t mean you’re any better than them. When my dad was sick, I went to the gym to get away from my house and the pain. Fuck, I didn’t even know what the hell I was doing half the time but being there felt alright. Those women running all those miles? How the hell do you know they’re not trying to increase their mileage or endurance? Unless you’ve personally gone and asked everyone, don’t assume. If I can’t get outside to run my damn miles, I’m going to go run on a treadmill for sure. Just because I’m a bit overweight doesn’t mean my ass is trying to lose weight by running. I just like running.
Those boys with fuckarounditis? Maybe they haven’t done the research you have and have had someone show them. Or maybe you have told them what to do, not everyone in the world is awesome. Most people actually suck, really bad. So you’re looking down on them, right? Perhaps those guys have the best damn scores in school or actually are really nice and here you are putting them down like they’re nothing? Just because they aren’t doing exactly what you’re doing?
People are people, just let them be. Do your own thing and stop paying attention to them. I just don’t understand.
Elitism is the worst way to introduce someone to your method of training.
I have PT clients that come to the gym to just to escape their lives for a few hours a day and relieve some stress. I take them through a bullshit workout but i listen to them vent, and it’s more helpful to them them then actually going through a proper workout sometimes.

preach, brah! Oh you know what I also don’t get above all that? Those “cardio” girls who ask me how to look more “toned” (HATE that word btw) but they won’t do what I tell them to do bc they don’t like the answer - lift heavy. FUARK! waste of my time
